Golden Fables 2012

Latitude Festival, Suffolk

An exciting new poetic drama inspired by Lincolnshire’s legends and landscapes. It fuses words from Archbishop Desmond Tutu with specially-written Fables by poets Ian McMillan, Gillian Clarke, Liz Lochhead and Joel Stickley set to music by Gabriel Prokofiev, Tim Dalling and Luke Carver Goss.

The family-friendly production is brought to life by the 90-strong Choir Invisible – The Desmond and Leah Tutu Peace Choir alongside actors, images by graphic novelist Kate Brown and live music by The Berkeley Ensemble. It is produced by Lincoln-based cultural solutions UK and is directed by Susannah Tresilian.
